We selected the specific modern aromatic varieties Sabro and HBC 472, which share strong coconut aroma, and combined them with a generous amount of toasted coconut, a little bit of lactose and a pinch of vanilla. The result is a wonderful creamy dessert IPA with a very complex coconut flavour.

With our Milkshake IPA Milk Power series, we yielded to world trends and stopped resisting the use of milk sugar. Nevertheless, we wanted to keep the feeling that we are making beer. Our milk IPAs are thus significantly poorer in lactose compared to other representatives of the style. Oatmeal is a great partner for lactose – it significantly contribute to the resulting thickness and sweetness. The addition of a generous amount of roasted coconut through our unique extractor will then deeply emphasize all that milkshake character and the result is a really hearty beer.  The world of New Zealand hops is a world of elegant tastes, New Zealand is an ideal place for growing modern aromatic hops thanks to its climate, that oscilates between hot tropical summers and deep cold winters. Local hop growers and institutes capitalize on this fact and created a ton of interesting new varieties like Nelson Sauvin or Motueka, these hops have and incredibly rich yet smooth aroma full of fruits, citrus and grapes.

Water, barley malts, oat flakes, coconut, wheat flakes, hop products, lactose, vanilla beans.
Served and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8° C.
