We were very pleased when the rohlík people wrote to us and said they would be interested in brewing a beer with us. Even more so when they started asking about localness and sustainability. We’re happy we now have a beer that we can throw unsold baked goods from their store into, plus we can use hops from the modern breeding efforts of our neighbours in Žatec.
