We consider New England IPA to be the best vehicle for this task, as the character of the style allows the beer to be extremely hoppy without high bitterness or other accompanying flavors. The experience is thus unadulterated and you can best define and classify exactly how the specific variety taste. Superdelic is a brand new cultivar of New Zealand hops brought to market in 2023. It is a hybrid between native New Zealand and European varieties and its strength is mainly its high yield with a very strong specific aroma. This gives New Zealand growers not only a new flavour, but also a plant capable of producing large quantities of hops reliably and sustainably.
