A very original salty-sour beer of the German Gose style, in which you can taste the unique taste of Williams pears. You will also find strong notes of cinnamon in the taste, which supports the beer.

Falkon Brewery and its brewer Jakub Veselý are one of the founding entities of Czech craft beer movement and it exists as a contract brewery since the year 2012. In its offer you can find a lot of modern styles like New England IPA and all kinds of sours. They don’t avoid brewing anything thou, so their protfolio is quite wide and contains many traditional and often very nice styles. Falkon is a very small production, that brews only couple hundred hectolitres per year, so many of their brews can become quite rare. 
Water, barley malt, wheat malt, lactose, hops, brewer’s yeast, pear juice, cinnamon.
Served and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
