The autumn morning trips to our brewery are always accompanied by a thick, impenetrable fog, and it never ceases to inspire us to brew new New England IPAs. Expect low bitterness and a rich fruit profile from Strata, Galaxy, Citra Cryo and Cryo Pop hops.

With Foggy Morning, we experimented with adding more cryo processed Cryo Pop hop blend to the whirlpool. This creates a higher complexity of hop flavors due to biotransformation during the initial part of the fermentation. In the tank, we then dry-hopped with a trio of aromatic hops Citra Cryo, Strata and Galaxy to Cryo Pop, which with their different properties should provide a really diverse taste, that we believe will be different from our classic interpretations of this style. 
Cryo Pop, Talus Cryo, Sabro a HBC 1019
Water, barley and wheat malts, oat flakes hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
