We really enjoy our collaboration with the Good Water Beer Cup homebrew competition and this is the second time we have brewed their winning beer. The journey to interpret a homebrew recipe into an industrial brew is always more complicated than it may seem. But in this case, everything went very smoothly and we were able to interpret the unique super flavorful character of Radim’s NEIPA very well. The combination of Sabro hops. Idaho 7 and Mosaic together create an extremely fruity profile that smells of pineapple, apricot, tangerine and other fruits. In doing so, however, it retains a very wild piney character and a more pronounced bitterness than you’re used to in such fruity New England IPAs.

Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
