Our Christmas New England IPA this year brings you the taste of Australian Galaxy hops and only them. Thanks to this, you can smell passion fruit, citrus and peach flavors. All this with lower bitterness and high drinkability despite the higher strength.

We tried to use hops from a different country in each of our Christmas beers this year. In Kometa, you will find the now quite famous Galaxy hop from Australia, the breeding of which began in 1994, when the predecessor of the traditional Australian Pride of Ringwood hop was crossed with the German Perle. A very aromatic variety was created, which was launched in 2009 and became the biggest success of the Australian hop program. Its rich profile full of tropical fruits and citrus found application in the growing American market, and the Australians were thus able to fill the increasing demand for hops in the USA with their product. To this day, you can still see Galaxy hops in a lot of world-famous and Czech IPA beers and associated styles.

Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 °C.
