“Like a Moscow Mule” is another chapter in our “Like a” series, which is inspired by all world gastronomy. The basis is a sour and salty gose, in which you can taste the addition of lime and ginger in such a way that the taste will hopefuly remind you of the classic Moscow Mule cocktail.

The Moscow Mule is a simple cocktail originating from New York ofthe first half of the 20th century and, like any cocktail, it is surrounded by many legends. One says that it was a cocktail invented by a bartender who was getting rid of large stocks of vodka and ginger ale that no one was drinking. Today, this drinkable cocktail or some variation of it is on the menu in almost any bar, so we decided to pay tribute to it with our own beer version. The saltiness and acidity typical of the German Gose beer style make the beer very drinkable and refreshing. Lime and ginger then add a pleasant light fruity complexity and a light ginger heat.
Premiant
Water, barley malt wheat malt, ginger, sugar, limet, salt, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C. v
