Many worlds is kind of a rarity in the Czech beer world. It is a brewery that brewed their first batch in 2018, your first chances to taste it were a few degustations in 2021, and only in 2022 they finally released their beers openly.
A dynamic duo of Marek Mahut and Ján Hrnko decided to brew beer slowly in many wooden barrels with help from wild and spontaneous fermentation. To complicate their journey a bit further they chose to do all this in organic quality, brewing with organic malts, organic hops, organic fruits and using only old wood barrels. For a wild production their beers tend to be pretty smooth and elegant, which became a mission for Many Worlds – any brewer can brew a beer that is high in sourness, but to control a wild fermentation in wooden barrels and bottles for three years and create an close to clean taste profile, that’s a different craft.
