We have always loved to bring strong hoppy flavours not only in strong IPAs, but also in lighter versions with a diet body and high drinkability, that can guide you through all day and all night. In Small Haze we invoked this experience by using a grain bill of 50% pilsner malts and the rest divided between wheat malt and oatmeal. This combination creates a great basis for a hop regime full of American Amarillo and Australian Galaxy hops. This pair is known for it§s rich resiny character, that carries a huge fruity, citrusy and tropical flavour, but also a substantial piney character, a call out to older hop varieties.
