If you like sour beers, we have prepared a themed Sour Ale for Christmas with the festive taste of pears, cinnamon and ginger. We used a relatively large amount of pear puree (200 grams per liter), so you can look forward to a really rich taste.

Just like our classic fruit sours, the Christmas one is also produced using the kettle-souring method, where the beer is first inoculated in the kettle with food-grade lactobacilli, which lower the pH of the beer with its lactic fermentation, i.e. increase the acidity. After that, we boil the beer again, killing the bacteria and further ferment it with classic brewing yeast.
Premiant
Water, barley malt, wheat malt, pears, ginger, cinnamon, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 °C.
