The Pastry sours segment (sweet fruit sours) is something we don’t venture into often, but since it’s our birthday, we need some cake. We prepared this thick sour for you with approx. 330g of mango per liter of beer, vanilla and biscuit malt. Drink without candles.

For eleven years now, you have been tasting flavors from all corners of the beer world with us, and this year we will celebrate it together in a very special way. This is the last year that we can be referred to as a microbrewery in the Czech Republic. Together with you, we have grown and this year we will surpass the 10,000 hectoliter mark, which after 11 years will move us into the category of small industrial breweries. Of course, nothing has changed at our brewery except for the volume of beer, and we continue to look forward to sharing dozens and hundreds of new beers and experiences with you, our patrons.   Pastries are the achievements of a new age when brewers try to impress the public with often over-the-top, excessively sweet beers drinkable only in very small quantities. We avoid these creations most of the year, but when we do get down to it, we try to preserve as much as possible the drinkability that you love our beers for. That’s why we don’t pasteurize our pastry sour as is the standard today. We also have to admit that sometimes it’s just fun to turn off your brain and just throw ridiculous amounts of ingredients into the brewhouse and tanks. There is a certain freedom in that.
