We cannot be a Czech brewery and celebrate our birthday without aa proper Czech lager. That’s why this year we have prepared a trad lager that celebrates our traditional production methods. Taste the character of decocted Pilsner malt and excellent Czech varieties of Saaz Shine and Saaz Special hops.

For eleven years now, you have been tasting flavors from all corners of the beer world with us, and this year we will celebrate it together in a very special way. This is the last year that we can be referred to as a microbrewery. We have grown together with you and this year we will exceed the 10 thousand hectoliter mark, which after 11 years will move us into the category of small industrial breweries. Of course, nothing has changed at our brewery except for the volume of beer, and we continue to look forward to sharing dozens and hundreds of new beers and experiences with our brewers.   In the annual lager 11 Years of Tradition, you can taste two of the three Czech varieties that started the modern breeding effort in the Czech lands. During communism, no other hop than the traditional red Saaz was allowed to be grown commercially. This is also why the Czech brewing industry remained largely unchanged for many decades. However, this has changed and today we can taste the beautiful balanced taste of these first nobles of Czech breeding efforts. Saaz Shine and Saaz Special will delight you with a very beautiful balanced herbal and grassy expression, which we like so much in lagers.

Water,  barley malts, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
