A beer full of citrus and pineapple flavors thanks to the use of a pair of Galaxy and Cashmere aromatic hops will surprise you with its lightness, dryness and drinkability, thanks to the use of rice and bottom yeast for a clean fermentation profile and high attenuation. You will also find a pleasant bitterness in the beer that complements the overall balance.

Chroust Brewing CO is with us since 2016 and they have already achieved quite a strong position within the Czech craft beer world. Karolína and Jiří Chroustovský/á together created a project, that is, even with its small size, a substantial power in the field of inovation in our brewing world. They brought first Czech iterations of modern styles like Milksahek IPA or brut IPA and they never stop supplying us with new interesting brews, that reflect the lates brewing methods, knowledge, ingredients and hops. Chroust brewing stopped “flying around” in 2021 and now make they beers only in Fenetra brewery, where they nested with their own six tanks. They are still a contract brewery, even thou they only brew with one brewery now.

Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
