A whole ton of fruit was added to 2000 litres of beer to ensuring an unrepeatable experience. A combination of raspberries, black currant, vanilla and sour lactic fermentation creates a complex  and unbelievably intense flavor and pushes your understanding of what a beer can be a step further.

Fruit Smoothie is a result of our struggle to create an extremely intense fruity sour, that fits flavor-wise into the definition of “Pastry Sour”, sours with extreme fruity and sweet character, reminiscing of fruit cakes or other sweets and pastries. We didn’t like the idea of using any flavor extracts or lactose in our first smoothie, so we choose to také the road of absurd amount of raspberries and black currants with a touch of vanilla to soften it down. We believe that the resulting flavor proves that you can create a solid rich Pastry Sour even without lactose.  500 ml, alcohol 7,5 % vol.
Beer (water, barley and wheat malts, hop products), raspberry puree, blackberry puree, extract from vanilla beans (water, alcohol, vanilla beans).
