We really like to experiment, so now we present our new Hazy IPA, in which we have used the properties of the specific Norwegian Kveik yeast. These are characterised by an extremely warm and wild fermentation that reacts very well with the hop components. The hops we used in this IPA are Amarillo, Mosaic and Citra Cryo. So you can look forward to a really strong hop experience.

Norwegian Kveik yeast is paradoxically one of the most historic and the most modern ingredients at the same time. Its existence goes back hundreds and hundreds of years, to a time when beers were brewed on individual farms as part of agricultural production. Each farm has maintained its own yeast culture, which has been preserved through various historical methods and passed down from father to son over the centuries. Thanks to very specific conditions and a primitive approach to production, these yeast cultures have developed very specific characteristics over time, especially the speed and temperature of fermentation. Thanks to these characteristics, there is now a drive to isolate these yeasts, create cultures from them and use them in brewing, either to save energy or for their flavour characteristics. 
Amarillo, Mosaic, Cryo Citra
Water, barley malts, wheat malt, oat flakes, hop products.
Served and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
