Cooperation of two gypsy breweries, Falkon and Černý potoka. In addition to traditional ingredients, this hazy session NEIPA also contains willow herb and cranberry pure. Part of the profit is donated to Men Against Cancer Foundation.
Falkon is an independent, or also gypsy brewery owned by brewer Jakub Veselý, founded in Žatec in 2012. The name is based on the latin name of the falcon, which is not only a migratory bird, but also a real predator. The brewery is focused on the production of ales-type beers. Falkon offers more than 20 special beers.
Černý potoka is gypsy brewery established in 2016, whose goal is to brew one of the best craft beer in the Czech Republic. The producer is brewing his own beer in other craft breweries, which he carefully selects. It gives him an opportunity to experiment and it provides necessary freedom and independency. He focuses mainly on top-fermented beers.
